  • Q. Where are you from?

    A. Charlotte, NC

    Q. When did you start working with Sesame Collective?

    A. Spring 2019

    Q. When did you start working in restaurants?

    A. When I turned 16, my dad gave me the keys to my first car. He said “The gas tank’s full. Better get a job before it runs out.”

    Q. What’s your favorite food?

    A. Waffle House

    Q. Do you have a favorite hobby?

    A. Watching sports. All the sports: hockey, basketball, football, soccer, baseball, tennis, racing… but not golf.

    Q: What's your favorite travel destination?

    A. The lakes region of New Hampshire. I spent my summers there as kid. I really miss little things like the call of the loons early in the morning or going to the farm stand to buy fresh rhubarb pies.

    What does your perfect day off look like?

    A. A rainy drive though the gorge, followed by a soak and sauna. Then off to a wine tasting with a view, and finally home in time to catch a basketball game and order some Thai food.

    A. January 2022

    Q. When did you start working in restaurants?

    A. Jimmy Johns driver when I was 17 or so..? All I remember is that I did not Deliver the sandos freaky fast enough for ownership so they put me in the kitchen.

    Q. What’s your favorite food?

    A. Treys Kitchen... lol .. jokes aside... YUI... such elevated Thai street food (definitely has nothing to do with the proximity to my house)

    Q. If we went to Happy Hour what would you order?

    A. Some sort of fried chicken dish to accompany my array of cocktails that I've enjoyed responsibly.

    Q. If you can remember, what did you want to be when you grew up?

    A. I can remember wondering what all the weird jobs were that my little brain couldn't understand in 3rd grade... and then realized I loved cooking shortly after that, so I just went with that.

    Q. What's something you're surprisingly good at?

    A. Freestyling hot bars.
